How do I secure The Fizzy Bee?

To secure your date, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required.

How much does it cost to have the Fizzy Bee at my event?

All quotes are customized to your specific event.  Please fill out the contact form to request a custom quote.  We will respond within 24 hours.

Is tip included in my rental?

Tips for bartenders are not required but are always appreciated.  We recommend tipping your servers 18% of the total cost.

Do you charge to deliver the Fizzy Bee to my event?

All delivery fees are included in your custom quote.  If your event is more than 40 miles from our headquarters or requires an overnight stay, additional fees may apply.

Does the Fizzy Bee have insurance?

Our fleet is fully insured and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all venues upon request.   

What type of events can I host with the Fizzy Bee?

The Fizzy Bee is a great addition to any type of party or event like weddings, birthday parties, kid parties, engagements, baby showers, wedding showers, holidays, graduation parties, bar/bat mitzvahs.  The sky is the limit.

What type of beverages does the Fizzy Bee serve?

We serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.  The type of drink you serve depends on the bar you rent.

  • The Ape and Cedar Draft Bars – We typically offer beer, wine, prosecco, hard cider, seltzer and kegged cocktails.  
  • Frozen Drink Machine – We provide mixers to make a wide variety of drinks such as frosé, margaritas, mai thai, rum runner, frozen lemonade and much more.  

Is alcohol included in my rental?

Long story short, no.  We purchase kegs for our draft bars on your behalf at cost.  Upon booking, we hold a credit card on file to complete all keg purchases. Clients are responsible for the purchase of all wine and liquor. 

Can I create a custom cocktail?

This is your special day.  We will do our best to create any custom cocktail or beverage of your choice.  We will advise you on the type and amount of liquor required for your beverage.  For drink inspiration, head to our Pinterest page.

When do I give you liquor and wine?

You can provide all purchased wine and liquor on the day of the event at the scheduled set-up time.   

What size and how many kegs do we need for our event?

Beer can be ordered in half-barrel or sixtel size keg(s) for the Ape or Cedar Bar.  The standard catering calculation for alcoholic beverages for an event is one-two drink(s) per person, per hour. We can help you determine the quantity necessary based on your custom event and purchase on your behalf.

  • A half-barrel keg provides approximately 165 12oz servings.
  • One sixtel keg provides approximately 106 6oz servings.

Do I need to provide anything for the bar?

All rentals include ice, basic drinkware, garnishes, mixers, napkins, paper straws, signage and menus.

Are bartenders included?

We can hire bartenders for your event at an additional cost which will be included in your custom quote.

How much time do you need to set up the event?

We typically require set-up time 2 hours before the start of the event and 1 hour after the event for breakdown. 

Do I need to provide my own glasses?

All draft bars come with clear solo cup-style drinkware. At an additional cost, we can provide stemless reusable plastic drinkware.  This cost will be built into your custom quote.

Can I rent lawn games without a bar rental?

Typically we only rent out lawn games with the rental of a bar but will consider all requests.

Do you provide event decor?

We do not provide decor but are happy to recommend trusted vendors.

Do you have a tent?

At this time, we don’t have tents available for rental.  However, we do require the Ape to be covered in the event of inclement weather.  

Can you help me plan my event?

We can recommend event planners to help with the planning and execution of your event.
