How do I secure The Fizzy Bee?
To secure your date, a signed contract and a 50% deposit are required.
What happens after I pay my deposit?
You can email, call, or text us with any questions leading up to your event. Typically, we schedule a menu/event details call on the Monday prior to your event, where we discuss arrival times and menu options.
How much does it cost to have the Fizzy Bee at my event?
All quotes are customized based on your specific event. Please fill out the contact form for a personalized quote, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Is tip included in my rental?
Gratuities for bartenders are not mandatory but always appreciated. We recommend a tip of 15% of the total cost for your servers.
Do you charge to deliver the Fizzy Bee to my event?
Delivery fees are included in your custom quote for events within Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Additional fees may apply for events outside these areas or requiring an overnight stay.
Does the Fizzy Bee have insurance?
Yes, our fleet is fully insured, and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for venues upon request.

What type of events can I host with the Fizzy Bee?
Fizzy Bee is perfect for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate happy hours, holiday parties, birthday parties, kids’ parties, engagements, baby showers, wedding showers, graduations, bar/bat mitzvahs, and more. The possibilities are endless!
What type of beverages does the Fizzy Bee serve?
We serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, depending on the bar you rent. Our Piaggio Ape and Umbrella bars are draft bars that can serve any commercial keg available in NJ, as well as any cocktail on our menu.
For our bartending packages, we recommend offering no more than three signature cocktails, along with mixed drinks (e.g., vodka sodas, rum and cokes).
Our Frozen Drink Package includes mixers for various beverages, such as frosé, margaritas, mai tais, rum runners, frozen lemonade, and more.
Is alcohol included in my rental?
No, alcohol is not included. We purchase kegs for draft bars at cost on your behalf. Upon booking, we hold a credit card on file for all keg purchases, while clients are responsible for providing all wine and liquor.
Can I create a custom cocktail?
Yes, we’re happy to help create a custom cocktail or beverage for your special day. We will advise you on the type and amount of liquor needed, and you can find inspiration from your favorite restaurants, websites, or Instagram.
When should I provide liquor and wine?
You can provide all purchased liquor and wine on the day of the event during the scheduled set-up time.
What size and how many kegs do we need for our event?
Beer can be ordered in half-barrel, quarter-keg, or sixtel sizes. A general guideline is one to two drinks per person, per hour. A half-barrel keg provides approximately 165 servings, a quarter keg about 110 servings, and a sixtel keg around 55 servings.
What happens to the kegs and liquor after the event?
All liquor bottles will be left for the host to take. If Fizzy Bee provides the kegs, they will be collected after the event and returned for the keg deposit.
Are bartenders included?
A server is included with the Blanche rental. For all other bar rentals, the host will need to hire a bartender, either through us or independently.
How much time do you need to set up the event?
We typically require 1-2 hours for setup before the event starts and 1 hour for breakdown afterwards.
Do I need to provide my own glasses?
The Blanche package includes disposable clear cups, while other draft bars will require you to add on glassware or supply your own. We can provide stemless reusable plastic drinkware at an additional cost.
Can I rent lawn games without a bar rental?
Typically, lawn games are rented alongside a bar, but we are open to considering all requests.
Do you provide event decor?
No, we do not provide decor but can recommend trusted vendors.
Do you have a tent?
We currently do not offer tents for rental, but we do require our bars and staff to have cover in case of inclement weather.
Can you help me plan my event?
We can recommend event planners to help with the planning and execution of your event.
